Ira S. Wiesner and Daniel H. Smith Selected to Florida Super Lawyers in 2022

Super Lawyers has selected Ira S. Wiesner for the 12th consecutive year as a Super Lawyer and has selected Daniel H. Smith for the 2nd consecutive year as a Rising Star in its 2022 publication, recognizing both lawyers as top-rated Elder Law Attorneys in Sarasota, FL.

Only 5% of attorneys are selected to Super Lawyers, and even fewer (2.5%) are selected to Rising Stars. Ira S. Wiesner and Daniel H. Smith have been recognized as Super Lawyers and Rising Stars, respectively. Ira S. Wiesner has been selected to Super Lawyers every year since 2010. He is a nationally recognized elder law attorney and the founding partner of Advocates in Aging. For more than 40 years, he has focused on the needs of seniors in the community.

Daniel H. Smith has been selected to Rising Stars in back-to-back years, 2021 and 2022, and is a partner at Advocates in Aging. He chose to pursue a career in elder law after attending George Mason University School of Law and represents seniors, veterans, and family members of vulnerable individuals.
